Privacy Policy

This page explains what Aimon Studio collects on aimonstudio.com, why, and who helps process it. Aimon Studio is a one-person studio, so "I" and "me" below mean Aimon Studio. I keep it short because I collect very little.
What I collect

Personal links
If I contacted you on Instagram or Facebook, your link may contain a short code. It loads a small file with public information about your business, such as your business name, city and Google review count. It never contains phone numbers or private notes.
Who processes your data
- Formspree — receives contact and claim form submissions and emails them to me.
- Kit — stores your email and sends the newsletter.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, protects forms from bots (Turnstile) and provides privacy-friendly analytics without cookies.
- YouTube — video thumbnails load from YouTube's image server; the video player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play.
- Upwork — handles contracts and payments if you hire me. Their privacy policy applies there.
What I don't do
- I don't sell or rent your data.
- I don't use advertising trackers.
- I don't add you to the newsletter unless you sign up.
How long I keep it
I keep messages while we're talking and for up to 2 years after, so I can look back at what we agreed. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
Your choices
Email aimon@aimonstudio.com to see, correct or delete what I have about you. I reply within 24 hours.
