Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of aimonstudio.com, operated by Aimon Studio ("I", "me"). When you hire me, the Upwork Direct Contract we sign is the agreement for that project, and Upwork's terms apply to payments.

Prices and launch offers

• Prices on this site are in US dollars and are for the scope described on each package.
• Standard prices: Starter $900, Pro $1,750.
• A launch price in a personal link (Starter $600, Pro $1,250) is valid for 7 days from the date I sent it, until midnight Dallas time. The countdown on the page shows the exact deadline. After that, standard prices apply.
• There are no monthly fees. Hosting is included. Changes after the first 30 days cost $25 for a small edit and $75 for a new page, quoted before I start.
• Anything outside the package scope is quoted separately before I start.

Payment

• Projects are paid through Upwork: 50% is funded into escrow before work starts, and the final 50% after you approve the work.
• Escrowed funds are released only when you approve a milestone, under Upwork's rules.

Delivery

• Website packages are delivered within 7 days of the deposit being funded, as long as I have the content I need from you (logo, photos, service list).
• If I need something from you, the 7 days pause until I have it. I'll tell you exactly what's missing.
• Fixes to anything I built are free for 30 days after launch.

Ownership

• Your domain is registered in your name, and you pay its yearly fee directly to the registrar.
• After final payment, you own your site's content and design.
• I host your site on my Cloudflare account at no cost. I'll transfer it to your own account for free whenever you ask.
• I may show your finished site in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Demos and examples

Projects labeled "Concept demo" were built to show what's possible and are not client work. Figures labeled "estimate" are examples, not guarantees of results.
